Oxford Nanopore Long Read Sequencing
Long read sequencing offers several advantages in comparison to short read sequencing including improved taxonomic classification and genome assembly. For our non-agricultural clients we accept extracted DNA samples and offer 16S, 18S, ITS, and whole bacterial genome sequencing services.

Not In A Rush? 25% Off For Low Priority Samples
Our normal sample lead time is 10-14 business days, but we are always looking for low priority samples to fill up partially empty sequencing runs. The guaranteed maximum wait time for low priority samples is 12 weeks, but samples could get processed much sooner depending on our current sequencing que.
Submit A Sample
1) Fill out our sample submission form.
2) Email a copy of the submission form to testing@ceragengrow.com
3) Print a copy of your submission form and place it inside a plastic bag in your sample package (insure all required pages are printed). All DNA samples need to be shipped to our lab on ice. For more instructions on shipping DNA samples including HS codes for international shipping please refer to our DNA sample shipping guide.
4) Our team will email you to confirm receipt of your sample when it arrives at our lab, and will provide you with a time estimate for sample processing.
5) Sample results will be released when payment is received. You will be sent a payment link once we have finished sequencing your sample. We accept both CAD and USD payments, payment option will default to USD for all packages received from US addresses unless otherwise specified by the client.
For more information please contact testing@ceragengrow.com
*Note: all samples submitted must contain only pure extracted DNA. DNA cannot be from clinical samples or from samples that are known to contain BSL3 or BSL4 pathogens. Our team retains the right to refuse any samples we consider potentially unsafe to process.
